Khao Krajome
One major attraction among adventurous types is the majestic peak of Khao Krajome (Krajome Mountain), which is located in Suan Phueng sub-district (of Suan Phueng district).
The mountain is part of the Tanoasri Mountain Range, which runs along Thailands border with Myanmar. Reaching a height of 1,000 meters above sea level, Khao Krajome offers a wonderful spot to experience spectacular sunrises or sunsets
Bor Klung Hot Stream
The stream is full of mineral water. The water flows all year round from the Tanaosi Range. Its temperature ranges between 50-68 degree Celsius.
Kao Chon Waterfall
Namtok (waterfall)Kao Chon consists of 9 cascades. The waterfall is plentiful during the late rainy season.
The water is surrounded by a stunning view of Tanaosri Mountain.
Hot Spring Pong Krathing
Go along the Route Pong Nam Ron Krathing Phu for about 1 km. until you see the direction sign and follow the signs for about 1 km. It is the small hot spring and a width of 5 meters. When people surrounding wells and clap their hands, the water in the well will generate air bubbles beyond its surface. A pond of hot water for bathing small is not far from here.
Usawadi Rose Garden
What is missing Namtok Kao Chan. Hard Amphoe Suan Phueng for 19 kilometers and turn in the road that leads to Ban Huai Nam Sai. Go about 3 km. It is a private garden planted with roses from foreign species and other different kinds of flowering plants in the middle of the valley. Tourists can visit the garden all year, especially in winter. Phawothai local museum or garden folk wisdom
From the front of the station Suan Phueng police, turn left and about 2 km, passing Wat Suan Phueng. Turn right and cross the bridge, then the museum is on your left. The museum is a modern house which includes traditional Thai artifacts, cars and various types of flowering plants in Thailand. It opens the weekend at 08.30 h-17h00 and holidays. Admission is BT50. Shelters are available for tourists. |
